These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Q-Catch ("Company", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of our platform, website, and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

By registering for, accessing, or using the Q-Catch platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

- Video training and knowledge academy courses
- Online roadshows and virtual exhibitions
- Advisory and concierge services
- Analytics and reporting tools
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Companies seeking global expansion partners and services.
Global Partners
Service providers, distributors, and consultants serving Chinese enterprises.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- Provide accurate billing information
- Authorize recurring payments for subscription plans
- Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle
Intellectual Property
All content on the Q-Catch platform, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of Q-Catch or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including:
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q-Catch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past 12 months.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
